How quickly will I hear back after applying?∧
Every application is reviewed personally and we respond within 24 hours. If you have an urgent question, you can also email directly at alexabrez@apexacademy.education.
What if my student misses a session?∨
Students who miss a session can request the materials and problem sets covered so they can stay on track before the next meeting. We build in flexibility for occasional conflicts.
Are payment plans available?∨
Yes. All programs offer a 2-payment plan option. Check the box on the application form and we will include payment plan details in our response. We want to make this accessible for families who need flexibility.
How many students are in each cohort?∨
All cohorts are capped at 10 students. Most run between 6 and 10. This is intentional: small enough that every student gets individual attention, large enough to benefit from group energy and discussion.
What platform are sessions held on?∨
Sessions are held live on Zoom. Students need a reliable internet connection and a device with a camera. All session materials are distributed through the student dashboard before each meeting.
Can my student enroll in more than one program?∨
Yes, and bundle pricing is available for several combinations. ACT Math + Science, SAT Math + Science, and Pre-AP Biology + AP Calculus AB Prep all have discounted bundle rates. Mention your interest in the application and we will include bundle pricing in our response.
Is private tutoring available alongside a cohort program?∨
Yes. Private 1-on-1 sessions can be added on to any cohort program at $200/hr for students who want additional individualized support beyond the group sessions. Many families use this during the week before a practice test or when a specific topic needs more attention.
